The Last Kit - It has been a lot of fun

It’s Been A Lot of Fun

The MoBest kit will be my last kit and I could not think of a better one to end my Kit producing days.

Over the years I have produced the following kits:

Designed by Jean Pailet:

The Skylark
The Playmate
The Zephyr.

Designed by Allan Brickhaus:
The Buccaneer 746 P

Designed by Steve Buso
The Jaguar

Designed by Bob Gialdini – The Rayette

Designed by Hi Johnston – The P51D Mustang

Inspired by Henry Queck – The YAK9

There were a few others that I cut by hand before the laser cutting such as the Boxcar Chief and the Profile Peacemaker.

It has been a lot of fun but I want to spend more time now with my wife and grandkids, hand cutting some of the old Veco Indian Series for myself (i.e. – The Chief, The Brave, The Squaw and the Papoose) and flying again after a good 6 year layoff.

Also, Eric Rule and I have some joint ventures going and I am sure he will keep me out of the bars by sending me a prototype to build ever so often.  I will continue to build the ARC take apart models for folks upon request.  You can see Eric’s latest ad about these in Stunt News.

I am working on a brand new website that I think you all will like and when I have it finished I will let you know how to find it.  All of the kits I have done that are listed here, along with RSM kits will still be available by contacting me or going to the new website when it is up and running.

I will drop by the forum ever so often and see how everyone is doing and if I have any thing worth contributing or something new I have added to my website I will post it.

Robert, you may go ahead and delete my section in Vendors Corner if you like, as I will not be posting there anymore.

My best to everyone and thank you all for the kits you have bought in the past and may buy in the future.

Thank you Mike for all your hard work and the outstanding wood selection in ALL the kits I have got from you.

It wasn't that you could and others couldn't, its that you did and others didn't.

Better to have it and not need it than it is to need it and not have it.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for all the work you have done on behalf of the stunt event.  I know you didn't make enough on your venture to buy that small island, but you haven't done it for the money.  I am going to send you a PM.

Thanks, again!
