That's truly amazing!  My first reaction was---they faked the video.  But, it looks real.

How do they keep the "ring of fire" stable?  Nothing to keep it from tumbling.

Maybe a year since I saw it the first time. Yes, it's impressive, but as BB said "The Thrill Is Gone".

How about posting a link to the explosion in China in the last few days? It was pretty amazing. Somebody didn't have OSHA looking after their bacon...    H^^ Steve

I've never seen anything quite THIS size, but I've seen plenty of others - Jetex-powered balsa jobs, a couple of feet across; little back-yard fireworks with cardboard "wings"; and the dinner-plate-sized plastic ones that took off when you pulled a string.  They never seemed to have any stability problems: I suppose that, because they're rotating, they're their own gyroscopes!

??? What make you think it's Taiwanese??  Those signs are in Thai, unless I'm mistaken!!  Best of all, there's a bunch of such rocketry activities that go on throughout S.E. Asia many of which are quite challenging and while it looks crazy or unsafe to us, they do have their versions of training and safety briefings!  Hope this helps  ;D
