The good of the few
« on: April 29, 2009, 07:11:37 AM »
This policy has been long standing. If a thread gets deleted its because one of the moderators, admin or my self has done so. I ask no questions on my moderators judgments. They have been selected with their level headed capability's in mind. The people who moderate this board are all adults and have been given instructions by me that if a thread has more the three complaints or found to be offensive, out it goes. All decisions are final as they are launched into cyberspace.

This is a democracy of sorts but more of a benevolent dictatorship and all decisions are final. So for the good of the many,it out weighs the needs of the few.

This policy has helped us grow for three years now at a fantastic rate so until it proves wrong I will run this ship status quo.

Stick with it, Robert, it's what more places need as guidelines.

Only if we run out of "talkers"...Just keep the re-growth of CL alive, and we won't have to worry about it!  ;D
