Rear bearing is a 6001 2rs (12 x 28 x 8 ), front is 607 2rs or zz (7 x 19 x 6) Any bearing supplier will have them cheaper than model suppliers. Just remove the seals/shields except maybe the outer on the 607 race.

The last time I got one (which was a LONG time ago) I went to a local bearing shop and handed it to the kid at the counter, said "I need one of these". He looked at it, turned around, walked a few steps down his giant rack of bins, grabbed it, and said "$4". The entire transaction took about 30 seconds! Unlike the 40VF, they are completely ordinary standard sizes.
One thing to note about shields. The shields AREN'T going to stop it leaking out the front, if it is so inclined. It's a dust/dirt shield, it's not designed to seal against any significant pressure. If it's leaking there is something causing it to pump it out, or the oil return groove is blocked or not working for some reason. I generally poked them all out, since the ST front bearing is pretty well protected from dirt by the overhanging thrust washer. For (nostalgia, at this point) combat, leave it in.
