Post by: Derek Barry on May 02, 2013, 04:33:23 AM
Here it is, officially finished on May-1-2013.  I should have finished the plane months ago but I got sidetracked...

690 sq. in.

PA 65 with a Randy high torque quiet pipe.

13" 3 blade Mejzlik prop. (pitch: to be determined, currently 4.5)

62 oz.

The second photo is a little blurry. Photo-Dale Barry

I went for a big contrast between the top and bottom. I think I got it.

Very nice work Derek. Now, let Dave, Billy and me go over it in the motel at the Nats this year.  We WILL fix you up once again! VD~ VD~

Don't know if we will get to see y'all this weekend, our Granddaughter has here ballet recital this weekend and Aaron has her every weekend at his house.
Hoping to at least drive up for one day!

Well, as long as you "fix" like you did the Dreadnought all those years ago...For some reason I don't think that is the "fix" you had in mind.  ;)

Thanks Paul!

Really awesome job Derek.  You are a true artist!  I will be embarrassed to place my model in the 180 building with yours in Muncie!
