Just read your article in Stunt News!!! Thanks!!!!

I have been using PrepSol and similar products for years and inevitably something will pull up or I have some other problem that is not always easy to fix. I guess I will be using Windex from now on!!

Hunt's cowl article is good too. He uses the same trick I do, I also use that trick to make the take apart seams tighter. Good stuff in this month's mag.

Thanks Derek, Steve and Allen and everyone for your kind words.  I enjoy making contributions when time and substance somehow come together.

The real thanks should go to Bob Hunt and his very able graphic designer Liz Helms.  They have consistently produced a World Class publication comparable to most other magazines that have huge budgets, highly paid staffs, waiting lists of big advertisers and direct access to all the latest and greatest technologies for production.  Oops........forgot, he only pretends he has those things!

Indeed MAGNIFICENT WORK

SN just gets better and better. Those who have not joined Pampa, or were discouraged by some anti people are really missing out. Spread the word that Pampa is a great orginization with a world class publication.

Thanks to PTG,  Steve Kocher, Jim Vornholt, Roy DeCamara, Tom Morris, Don McClave, Bob Hunt, Derek Barry, Mark Scarborough, Will DeMauro, Matt Neumann, Mark Weiss,Don Hutchinson, and all the District V.P.

No matter how long you have been at it, there is always more to learn.

I to am thankfull for those who contribute,, I have learned a LOT from reading Stunt News,,

I finally decided to add my two cents worth. Having been a painter for many years,, I decided to offer my words on finishing to Stunt News hoping to help out those who have questions,,
Of course then what happens, my inaugural column comes out in the same issue as Phil writes a significant and thorough piece on finishing, HB~> HB~>, talk about being upstaged LOL,, :-[
Oh well, Phil,, you are a craftsman, I appreciate your input. ( even if you are freinds with Howard,, LOL)
For years the rat race had me going around in circles, Now I do it for fun!

I was skeptical of using the Windex until I had several back and forth emails with PTG.

Without going into details ,he convinced me to use it ,and use it I did. Results were incredbile. That was a year ago.

I have also done some followup research, and the use of Windex on car paint prep work is a nice industry secret.
