Hey Folks:

Just a note to say "THANK YOU" to all of my customers who have been so patient during our recent move. Even the best laid plans seem to fall apart whenever contractors get involved with the process. In our case between crews not showing up when scheduled and slower than promised completion dates we were only able to get production back up and running late last week. We apologize for the delay in filling your orders and assure you all that we have almost caught up with the orders that were placed during our move. RSM Distribution will be back running efficiently by the end of this week.

Nothing to be concerned about I am still living in my house in Wildomar, CA and have no plans to move anytime soon.

All that has happened is that I have moved my warehouse and production facility to a new and better location. The telephone number of 951-678-1406 remains unchanged as does the e mail address. RSM Distribution is still in business just going through an expansion. The only downside of this move for me is that I will now be commuting to work instead of simply walking down the hallway to my office as I have been doing for the past 16 years.

Just a quick thank you to all of our customers who have been so patient waiting for their orders to be completed while we struggled with the problems encountered during our recent move to a new location.

I am happy to announce that with one exception we have completed the move and are finally back in full production. All of the waiting orders have been filled and as of Monday July 9th we should be fully caught up and able to fill new orders within our normal time frames.

To those of you who were frustrated by the delay in receiving your orders I can only say that we tried to keep you advised of the reasons for the delay and can only apologize for it. To those who were very patient about the delay I can say a heartfelt thank you for your very kind understanding. You folks are the reason I always say RSM customers are the best in the world!
