Title: Thank you Ponderosa Steak House

I want to thank the Ponderosa Steak House restaurants for remembering our Service Men and Women today and also our Veterans.

Today is being celebrated as Veterans Day and they served FREE dinner and drinks to all Service personnel and Veterans.

The eldest at the Restaurant that I went to was a WWII and Korean Veteran.

In the center of the dining room was a table with the chairs tipped against the table and a sign on the table read:

"This Table is Reserved in memory of our fallen men and women who have bravely served our country."

There was a long poem on the other side of the Reserved sign that I did not copy.

I am truly sorry that I did not have my camera with me,

Thanks for this  post Clancy! It's really nice it is to read these types of stories! And to think a company or chain could, and would do such a thing! If they were in my area, I would sure support them. God bless our Military!!!

Two modelers on the Ringmaster Forum stated that Appleby's is doing it Wednesday and that Krispy Kreme is giving a free donut to each vetran.

What a great thing to read!!!!

We just can't thank our Veterans enough.

They are indeed the true heroes.
