Hi Guys,
in the next few days my son Walt is supposed to exit A f g h a n i s t a n for good.
He is scheduled to be at his duty station in Alaska on or around the 21st of Jan. where he will also start his life with his new wife, Nancy.
He will then start the 90 day process of release from the Army, so please pray for a swift and trouble free exit and travel back to AK.
I especially would like to thank you all for your prayers, and gifts that were sent to my son Walter over the past 4 1/2 years of his service in two war zones.
God bless our Troops, our Country and everyone here you guys are what I call "my modeling family"
thank you.

Be sure to tell him I said thanks. He like my son will say I was only doing my job, but thanks anyway. I appreciate what these young men are doing.
Best to the young couple, and I hope their future is a prosperous one.

Walt, please include me on the "thank you" list. My oldest son was in the first skirmish over there and I know the worry you must go through. Our thoughts and prayers will be with him and all his family...........
