Or does anyone know what it is?

The thing on the end spins around like a propeller.

Winner winner chicken dinner.

Played with them as a kid.
Just did a google search and found out they have competitions with these toys.

It was our rubics cube trying to figure out the secret to reverse the propeller.  😂

Yes have one still today, fun to play with and mess with grandkids they haven’t figured how to make it change direction yet.

I've just GOT to make one of these!  I love it when things turn up that I've never heard of - and there's plenty of laurel (and rhododendrons) on the route of my morning walk.
You want to make 'em nice, else you get mad lookin' at 'em!

A prep tool for a colonoscopy.
I may be wrong but I doubt it.
I wouldn't take her to a dog fight even if she had a chance to win.

You can change the direction with finger pressure on left side of stick then switch to finger press on right side of the stick . Easy as pie

The cat was starting to get really worked up and I did not want it completely flip out.
