Take-apart Wheel Pants

It looks like the "Keith Trostler" article on construction of take-apart
wheel pants has kinda sorta died?  text is there but no photos and
there is a bad news page time out that says I'm outta luck 
Anyone out there familiar with this site?  Can you redirect me?  google. alta-vista and dogpile came up with the same site.
