Does synthetic oil ever go bad? Found some from 10 years ago, wondering if I should mix it up.

Decades ago....mid 80's.....there were a lot of guys mixing their own fuel in the Los Angeles area.
I used K&B X2C oil bought from them out the back door for $8.00 gal at the factory in Downey.
Bring your own can or buy the can for $1.00 and fill er' up.
I still have 8 gallons of it and it looks and smells just like it always did.
Also...I have had KLOTZ oil for quite awhile.
Both seem to be storable for extended periods of time.
But....if anyone has KLOTZ in the early qt. can with a metal top.....be advised that the metal top will corrode after awhile and rust through.
This is from moisture/condensation.
Turn the can upside down to the clean side and drain all qt' cans into a clean, used fuel gallon bottle.
This is for long term storage and from my experience....will be safe for an extended period of time.
