Super Tigre S-21 .40 In A twister

Years ago I was given an ST S-21 .40 by a friend of my fathers when he got divorced, It is in great shape It cleaned up well,  the crank spins over nice and has good compression, I am gonna try it on the stand one of these days, if it runs good I am thinking about a  Sig Twister but am not set on that yet , I was also thinking about a Brodak Barnstormer, I have never built a built up fuse before. I have heard that the ST .46 was more popular but this is what I have so I would like to use it if she is a good runner. Anyone have any experience with this engine? Thanks T.J.

The G21/40 is a really great engine, for a lot of different events.  I've had three and two are still healthy.  Short of driving one into the concrete, they last forever.  You might as well run it.  Way too many in circulation to become a valuable collectible.

Heck build the Twister and put it on it or get the plans for Allen Brickhaus's Tornado (Twister with Built up fuselage) from FM or have Custum Cut Kits make you a kit.

The plans are available from Flying Models plan # CF-869 also get the article or the magazine from them November 1991. If I were you I'd call and order instead of the internet, that way you know someone took the order.  Good Luck and keep us posted.
