Part number for bolt-on gear for 40-sized profile.
« on: November 15, 2015, 07:53:40 PM »
Subject says it.  I'm building a profile for my wife, around 50" wingspan.  I'd like to order LG from Tower now.  I see various stuff offered as replacement parts for ARFs -- I'm wondering if anyone has a specific part number for aluminum or CF LG legs that can just be bolted on and flown.

Thanks in advance.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

I don't have the part number, but I think SIG still sells the gear for the Fazer separately, and should fill the bill. I think Tower carries SIG products now also.

Just drill it out and use what you have.

In the immortal words of Rosanne Rosannadana -- never mind.  The landing gear from the KISS was in my junk box, it's perfect, and most importantly -- I already have it.

I know it's too late but Brodak has 9 pages of landing gears.

Not too late for next time.  There's even some pieces in there that would have worked.  Thanks.
