Wish I could be there to help the young lad.   I have an F2D combat handle I think would cure half his problems.  The other is the plane may be flying too fast.   But, I know once he learns what that handle is for,  look out as he will be flying better than you.   Thanks for the video of all you kids flying.

John, Thanks for the offer on the handle. I had started making Sam a "kid sized" handle over the winter but got sidetracked. I will pull it out and finish it.  Mike
