Summer Vacation Project
« on: August 29, 2006, 04:52:34 PM »
This is what I have been working on this summer.  I scratch built profile Oriental.  So far I have 6 coats of Brodak clear on it.  Will be powered with a L&J Fox 35.
I also have a Double Star 40 for backup.
It's not a front row finish but it will look great doing 5 second laps.

Looks good Jay. Is this your first scratch build? I haven't done one yet but will this win%&#  oops building season. I have a L&J Fox 35 in my ARF Oriental and it does a fine job. It fly's very well also.

Very cool Jay. It will look good doing 5 second laps for sure. I like your color choice.

Thanks guys.  No it's not my first, but it has been a while since I did.
I am a slow builder so it might be a while before I am doing those 5 second laps.
