Blue Sky Models Info
« on: January 09, 2010, 06:46:40 AM »
Broadband is finally available in the rural area that I live. Our address is the same but phone and email are different.

The new contact info is now on our web site   www.blueskymodels.net

The web site will have many revisions and additions over the next few months.

Thanks your support.

The "Hobo" is coming!

Hi Tom,

Yea, I understand. We've had it for awhile, but that was a fluke. Living in a rural area is interesting. We still don't have DSL and probably wont for quite awhile.

Edit

BTW, nice web site!

Jim,

I used to be in Calif. several times a year on business. I worked for a Calif. company. I was never at NW Archery though.

For all:

Yes, the "Hobo" is coming.

Four prototypes are now under construction in various parts of the country.

Except for a straight wing, it has nothing in common with the "Barnstormer" or "Twister". In fact I have never looked close at a "Twister" since I stopped building kits when I was about 12 or 13 years old.

The "Hobo" will be a Sport AND Intermediate/Advanced airplane. It is MULTI-PURPOSE and will be a step up from profiles. The "Hobo is a brand new design with a modern airfoil and modern moments. It will be a very fast build, with no blocks to carve, It will also be "convertable"... No more clues.  More later.
