I have been having problems getting in the chat. What would happen is when I entered my name and clicked on "enter chat", I would get a blank page or a partial load on my screen. I am not a computer find it/ fix it type but I accidently found a way to go right in the chat. While I was waiting for the page to load, which took up to an hour, I decided to open another browser window while I waited. This action got me in the chat ready to "talk". I don't know what this did to my computer or why but I have repeated the process and it has worked every time. Maybe someone can figure it out and pass it along to others that may be having the same problem I was.
