 Yes. it's Bob Brookins plane & he flew in advance. From the score sheets it looks like he had trouble in the first round  & didn't fly in the second round.

Does the AMA have a number look-up?

No.  If you have a name & number, you can look up whether someone is paid up to date.  They cite privacy issues if asking for a name to go with a number.  (Or so I've been told)
