Hobby Account
« on: August 29, 2013, 09:48:46 PM »
OK, Well, I ordered wood a few days ago and wanted to come see what's happening. I'm taken to a login page. I never logged in to order, wasn't asked to open an account either.  So I opened an account but of course my order is not associated with my account so I have no way of seeing my order status.

You have no pending orders. so log in and order. If you placed a order it did not complete

OK I tried again, everything went normally, but the site shows no order and Paypal no transfer. Trying one more time.

Be sure and check that the url is "paypal.com".

Now it just goes in circles from checkout back to the order page and the Paypal button does not work. Something really weird going on.

Nope, can't place the order.

Must be your browser. Use Internet explorer or set compatibility mode

Hi Robert,

My order arrived successfully yesterday! I made an account on Stunt Hobby and then used Internet Explorer to do the ordering process. It switched back and forth between PayPal and Stunt Hobby ok.

One thing I notice is that the account info on Stunt Hobby auto-fills with my Stunthangar account name. I am not sure how that gets in there (maybe Firefox remembers it and passes it along). I wonder if that is a good clue to the problem with FireFox.

-Chris
