Title: Stunt Hangar Hobby
Post by: RC Storick on July 30, 2013, 09:26:25 AM
Stunt Hangar Hobby is proud to announce a deal brokered between Tom Morris.

In the next few days I should have a complete online system to order all of the Tom Morris products right here on Stunt Hangar. A one stop shop for easy ordering and payment. Until such time as I am open just do as you normally do and order from Tom direct. All forms of payment will be accepted. This will be a big help to the modeling community and Stunt Hangar.

If you are a wholesale operation and would like to sell products to Stunt Hangar send me a PM.

SWEEEEET!!!

Will your online sales include pics of the items that are for sale?

I have to admit I dont know what half of the stuff is on his pricing list.  Just part numbers and prices.

I usually load up at the nats but the past couple of years I have been busy in competition mode and not model building mode.  I go blank and cant remember what I need.

This will be a great addition.

I talked with Tom this morning Robert and he told me about this.  This will be mutually beneficial for everyone.  Tom has a lot of items that people do not know he has and pictures and details will be great.

You might also check out Melvn Schuette's site http://www.MBSModelSupply.com or Jim Lee's site http://www.LeeMachineShop.com Both have a lot of "stuff" that we need and have an easy ordering and check-out process as well. Melvin doesn't have many pictures of products (few really needed) while Jim's has a picture of almost all.

Sparky...Am I right in assuming that the goodies would actually be shipped from Alabama, not Missouri? Next item...fuel!   :##  Steve

This is correct on shipping! Fuel is a problem with Hazmat I am not wanting to be involved with. I have the shopping cart installed and I am working on the product line. Should take a few days to update. You can view the store now but everthing there is just a example and not in stock. You can register now as I up date the catalog. Look for it to be fully running in a few days if I don't sleep.

Fantastic Sparky.
I don't know if my suggestion for this had anything to do with it, but I'm very happy you made the deal.
Should be a good arrangement for all concerned.  #^ #^ y1 H^^

Agreed, stay out of the fuel business. It's too much of a hassle. Otherwise, great idea!  Finding what Tom actually has for sale is no small feat unless you just look through the stuff he has in person.

Great news Sparky.

Is our Stunt Hanger Logon valid, or do we have to set up a new one?

With pictures and descriptions and a buy button in a order mean fast accurate product shipping. I will be also offering many other items not found in the hobby shops.

Because its a separate entity you will need to set up a new account there for shipping. As S/H does not have your address.

Sparky, I wonder how all of your long-time members/vendors with whom you will be in direct competition feel about this. Have you spoken to them?

Wow, great idea and perfect timing.  I'm just putting my shopping list together for next year's airplane and it definitely includes some parts from Tom's inventory.  Thank you for putting this deal together, sounds like a win/win/win.  I'll be checking back and ordering as soon as you're up and running.

Would that be you or are you just the spokes person? I am not sure why you keep trying to kill anything I do. Give it a break. As I am speaking with Tom right now No one is selling his stuff. So no competition.

Not a spokesperson for anybody but myself. As for trying to kill anything: wrong. Just trying to insert a bit of a sanity check.

Well everyone has said its a great idea. SO this sounds pretty sane to me. It helps everyone and hurts no one.

I have it all set up now. I am just waiting for the pictures to come from Tom. This section should be fully operational by mid next week. I don't want to list things twice. There is just a few items listed to see how it would look. It's going to be a piece of cake.

Thank you Robert.
I've been trying to get Tom's stuff for a while now, and never could...
It's very good that SH has one on-line store now.
I can't wait to see what else we'll have available
