So, for anyone planning a long trek to Chehalis, WA for the annual Stunt-A-Thon, it is being postponed from this weekend (June 10-11th) to 2 weeks out (June 24-25th). This was mostly due to the weather report - rain followed by showers and wind with rain and then rain and wind, etc. This is a really fun contest. I rather it be in decent weather.
I will be there judging. Good for me that it changed. Gives me two more weeks to heal up.

Whimps!!! This is Washington, it rains here, a lot! Have fun, I won't be there.

I was aware the weather might be less than ideal. I guess I will need to contact Lord Rush of Stonehenge and cancel my weekend suite!

I may have to extend my fishing trip in E. WA, if the fishing is good, or the beer is plentiful. 010! Steve

Sorry to hear you can't make it, Mike.
Sprinkles and drizzle are one thing but heavy, constant rain and wind are, well, not the optimum and that's the weather forecast for this weekend.

I don't know about your part of this great land, but here in this area you take weather report with a grain of salt. One of our fun fly weekends was predicted to be sunny with mild winds and temps. It poured rain for two day straight. The weatherman was of by three days as that Tuesday we had the perfect weather for flying and everybody was back at their jobs. H^^

Even here in Arizona where it seldom rains we had a VSC totally rained out about 15 years ago. It happens!

Too bad about the weather dooming the contest. Sad to say, I can't make the later date due to other plans previously schedule. I was all ready to go, too!
