What brand of color striping tapes have you all found to go around curves the best and what source did you find to buy them from?
I am mostly needing 1/8" to 1/4" wide. I am not talking about masking tapes but trim type tape.
Thank you
Mike

The best tape I've found is made by FBS from Germany. Goes under the name Autographics. The darker orange tape is slightly less flexible and is better for straigbt lines and slight curves. The green tape is more flexible and goes around curves better. Buy it from Nubgrafix. The best tapes on the market as far as I'm concerned. The FBS brown paper masking tape they make is also superior to anthing else available.

I've found that auto store trim stripe tape can be heat shrunk to remove unsightly corner wrinkles. It takes very little heat just a wave of the heat gun.

I like FBS and 3M blue vinyl tape. Both work well.

I guess I did not state what I was looking for clearly. I am NOT looking for masking tape to mask off curves etc. I AM looking for decorative striping tape in colors. Hope that clarifies it a little better.

More commonly know as automotive pinstripe tape. But more flexible with massive adhesive strength.
When you find I would like some also.

I will let you know Kevin.

There is "Chartpak" graphic art tape or whiteboard pinstripe tape we used years ago for whiteboards. It comes in various widths and colors. However, I DO NOT know if it is fuel proof.

People have been looking for a good, fuel proof pin stripe tape for as long as they have been looking for a cheap, 50% nitro fuel proof clear coat that will go over anything, including the pin stripe tape, and leave behind a 20 point finish and shine, be light and easy to repair!!!! I think I have tried most of the common hobby shop stuff and some stuff from the auto paint store, and it was all pretty much alike and would loosen up after some exposure to exhaust and some fuel. Like it has already been mentioned, if you find something, let us know!
Type at you later,

You could try Trimkote.
