Stooge with out tail wheel wires and airplane hangers
« on: February 19, 2007, 11:38:35 AM »
Here is my stooge setup It does not use wires or loops soldered to tailwheel etc. I use construction  string line and the released end is heat shrinked so it won't catch. For Taildragger, go over stab, under fuselage, and then back over stab  to release. For trike gear , go under stab, over fuselage, under stab to release. Replace retention line when it gets too oily. Also used for testing engines on airplane for trouble shooting, Etc.

Picture of airplane hangers was requested earlier when I put up shop pictures. They are made fro either 3/4" or 1/" EMT covered with insulation used on water pipes. Held to ceiling with 2 screw each into ceiling joists.

Hope somebody can use the information
Bruce

I added a close up since somebody requested one on the other site.
