Yea, that's allright. Go ahead and brag. We had about 3 inches of rain today that was just about freezing. It's snowing now (at least here - we are about 600 feet above sea level).

Your time will come.

The Tulsa Glue Dobbers are still flying.  Today was almost to calm, but with 42 degrees, nobody complained. Highlight of the day was when we checked out the new Streaga ARF. Nice kit.  y1  Nuff said.

I managed to get out of my driveway today (24" of snow and 6 feet drifts from last Wednesday and Thursday near Denver).

You know your spoiled when:

Your flying on Dec 24th, WX is beautiful blue skies, 74 degrees, 2 MPH wind, you and your friends planes are flying with perfect engine/motor runs ....... and someone says:

" I wish we had some clouds, the sun gets in my eyes when I'm doing my over head 8s" ;-)

It was a great day of flying. John Wright even wore his Santa hat all day! :-)

Quote of the day:  "You know that your landing gear is up and locked when it takes full power to taxi to the terminal."

WEll we have had a lot of flyable days here lately, just haven't been able to do so.  It now has been raining for a couple days since I have a break at school! **)
Hopefully, the rain will break before Jan. 2nd!

HEY  Bill----How is the "Veco" biplane coming along ?
Dave S.

The WACO??  I have been marveling at the original "spark equipped" one, and trying to measure, etc., parts along the way to rebuild mine.  I am going to have to disassemble parts of mine to get it "done right".  It is going to be a rather long term project, and I am going to try and find some scale documentation to go with this project so that I can enter it in our Scale Contests!

THANKS!!

Was out flying Saturday the 24th.  Having problems with the Fox 40 and the new 6 ounce tank from CLC.  Have had to lower tank to get equal runs upright and inverted. Hopefully today will get the grandaughters out again.  DOC Holliday

It was perfect in Tulsa today with 3-5mph wind blowing away from the sun and temps around 50. Luckily I have a few days off from work so I got to put up  few flights on the old Streak. No one else made it out though.
