Just got off the phone with Steve Buso. Many of you will remember him from a few years back. Steve has a pile of nice balsa in his basement that he would like to offload. If you are interested, call Steve at: 518-537-4644 or januso-at-gtel-dot-net. Please call before 8 pm.

Hi Paul,
Word travels fast! A guy with a thick wallet called me right away and a deal was made for all 14 boxes to be shipped out to the west coast. Thanks for your interest.

I recall there have been a number of designs that look good in my not-all-that-knowledgeable eyes.

My grandpa and I have a set of plans for the bobcat. They’re up at his house. Cute little airplane!

Years ago, I had a great conversation with Steve about kitting his Bobcat but I never did get around to doing it. He sent me a set of plans and I cut a prototype kit but never did release it and for the life of me I cannot remember why. It was a really sharp looking little plane.
I ended up kitting the Jaguar instead.

He WAS one of the nicest guys in the controline hobby.
He is NO Longer in the controline hobby, and hasn't been for a number of years.

Just for interest, what constitutes being, "In the Controline Hobby?" I got plans off him last year.
Craig
Ps. He was very amicable to me.

Semantics son, semantics. D>K

Semantics is important, too - but let's not get into that.

And Pampa President, and designer of the Pampa Logo, and paint scheme designer & Finisher extraordinaire, and his museum grade plans are so nice you hate to build on them.

The Bobcat was designed for a Fox .35 Stunt. Probably would be dynamite with a Brodak .40, if you like Brodak .40's. D>K Steve
