Title: Sterling Yak-9
Post by: Steve Berry on January 23, 2018, 02:20:08 PM
Does anyone happen to have handy an AutoCAD drawing of the Sterling Yak-9? Just the basic outline will do, as I plan on "massaging" it a bit. Even a PDF printed from an AutoCAD drawing would work for this.

Thanks.

I ordered a set of the Yak - 9 plans from Brodak. If you are not in a hurry you call them to place the order they can send it out via regular mail like $3 shipping. I have done this for small orders where the standard shipping cost was more than the price of item I purchased. They also have laser cut rib sets for the Yak - 9 and some kind of templates (I didn't order the templates, don't know what they are for?).

I've had really fast service from Brodak on small items that were in stock. I called in an order for some props several months ago and they were in my mailbox 2 or 3 days later.

Templates are paper printed outlines of all cut parts.
