Title: Starting something new
Post by: Randy Powell on March 31, 2007, 07:41:27 PM
Well, I promised myself that I would do yard work today. But it was cold, windy and threatened rain all day so I just hung out in the shop and found myself starting a new ship. I finished drawing it a couple of days ago and didnt' get all that far, but it is started.

Maybe that Saito .56 or Magnum .53 powered Profile Stunt entry?  S?P Steve

PS: I got plans today from Pat Johnston...a .40/.46 Profile Gee Bee Z. The plans are on his latest list. It looks really cool! Since I'm only the 2nd guy to see the plans, I'm still just asking questions. Won't get answers until at least Monday.

The new plane is based, aerodynamically at least, on my last plane, The Slider. Doesn't look much like it, though. Even a little bit.

Steve,

I haven't seen Pat's GeeBee Z. But I can imagine.
