Spring Fling 2010

Well we had our Spring Fling this past weekend. We had a great turn out. Must have been 20-25 guys that could have flown a plane had they brought one. A few new guys showed up that flew C/L years ago here in the Mid-South that went to over to RC and now they are coming back to there roots.
Fun was had by all and no one went away hungry.
Jim Lynch brought his new P-40 plane. I hear that it will be or is already in FM. Any way here is a link to all the photos from the day.

Better recheck your name of Jim's plane.  It is in an issue of Flying Models and is not a P-40.  Just pulled the magazine,  June 2010 Flying Models.  It is the "Fairey Baracuda",  plan # CD397 for $9.00 plus shipping.  A lot of neat ideas in the article also.
