Just returned from the movie "Amelia".

When I first joined the AMA I was assigned the number 16021. (yea, I'm an old F---!)

When I became an Assoc. VP the closest 4 digit number I could find was my current # 6022.

Just returned from the movie "Amelia".

The number on Amelia's Electra was 16020.

Good thing this is control line, it will be hard for your model to win the Amelia Earhart Navigational Excellence Award when its tethered to you....

The director should stick to Indian romance movies.
I knew several of the aviation consultants on the film and they are top notch guys. Some directors are not able to grasp the realities of aviation and others are. This was a love story, and the waste of the final scene where the whole movie could have been "made" was lost upon the director and editor.
Great flying scenes, though.

Good lord.....if Amelia's number was 16020, and yours is 16021, I guess that means YOU'RE NEXT !!   Take a GPS with you, and we should be able to rescue you !!   :-)
