Go to their website for details, but  the short story is they are closed for the holidays, and will reopen on January 4, 2021.    They might do it, but I wouldn't attempt that myself!  The 20% off is a great deal, and I have use that in the past - to the point I have more batteries than I could ever use. The batteries last nearly forever, if you charge them correctly.

   Even at full price, definitely a great system and just eliminates a traditional problem area.
