I bought this and a few others at a home garage sale in Rockford ( home of Testors ) way back in the 80's. It's a label printing plate for the Very early "STA" dope. I wanted to show Mike Keville this because he had a bounty to anyone who had a bottle or can and I never found one. That's the original string they used back then. The guy was in his 80's back then and this wasn't part of the sale. I noticed the Testors logo out of boxes and boxes of plates at the back wall of the garage. I talked him into letting a few go. Not worth anything but neat.
