Here's one kid
« on: February 07, 2012, 09:03:30 PM »
Some time in November, my eight year old grandson with his half A.  His older brother crashed my old beater Fancy Pants but both kids managed to fly this one several times.  I guess there is some hope.

Hey Mike; Remember, it is in their blood. I have had five of my grandkids on the handle so far. I have some greats that are ready to fly this summer. One is really gung ho, so maybe he will be a lifer like his old grandaddy.

Both my sons got pretty good at R./C gliders when they were younger (now 52 and 50).  One showed interest in C/L, but abandoned it after getting his finger whacked a few times by a 049 reed valve motor.  (chalk up another one for Leroy Cox!)
