The Deep Fried Twinkies were always a big hit as a late night snack when we were camping with 20-30 teenage Boy Scouts, but you have to serve them with Ice Cream and Chocolate Syrup!
Tempura batter with sugar added is the best coating mix - light and crispy, yet sweet.
