Here's one way to get to the Joe in style

Youngster learning to fly

Greasing a landing

Now one of the Moms gives it a try
Getting some preflight instructions from organizer extraordinaire, Mark Weiss

It's up! Big smiles all around.

She's got it!

I put up a couple of flights after spending 3 days neatening up the plumbing on the Oriental. My string of complete decent patterns remains unbroken at 6. It's like a switch has clicked. By George, I think I'm finally getting it!

Big fun. I'll be back up at Triple Tree Aerodrome at 8:00am Saturday for the Bob Shaw stunt contest. Looks like a lot more pilots in Intermediate than Huntersville. The first place trophy is a beautiful crystal piece of work. Maybe Wayne will let me hold it for a minute.

I'll report back after Saturday.
