Out in the far reaches of the universe , or planet perhaps . the ' Sears Catalouge ' on the recycled American Magazines had the ads for all ' The Stuff ' . BOTHER . The ' SIG ' Buster . Notta the Goldberg .
RIGHT . GOODYEAR .

The Ginny , or is it Jinny , If you got it down to 90 , You could loop , and do inverted . It helped if you disabled the cut off . Put the fuel tube outside it . OBVIOUSLY a ' Stunt Tank ' might help .
the bottom front feed ' race ' tank soon looses head , after a bit . The Nth replica is NEAR Done . Tank to go . I'll keep that in mind . Thanks .

It was O.K. on 60 foot of .015 solids . Wiffa G - 15 . Foist one ( in NZ Id Think . Had maybe a OS 20 or PAW 19 DS or Webra or some other second had dog , when we were 12 ? and was probly ' Launched IN ' . >:(

The Bitta Tip Weight , is rather a GOODIDEA .  ;D  ALL the KIWI Grass Track Racers had MONOWHEEL , 1 1/2 streamlined wheel under prop . Just back so it wouldnt go into it . Parently if you pullem on takeoff it automatically  PUTS THE NOSE OUT . Which is better than the Nose In .  :( A thing to nail the leg on with a few bolts . ( 3 ) A grooved wotsit with a 1/16 ply cover - screwed on . And you dont pull it out straighning it.
AND can put a Tarmac gear on it . With a nose skid - if you want to cut the oppositions lines .  :-X Well , thats why they banned them , The Caught well - but removeing the skid from the pitmans hand might disturb the
neigbours .

O. K. Tri wotsit -  RACE , Aerobatics . Dogfight . Like the Goldberg ones . They raced them here ( Aus. ) with .36 limit and 60's . And over there .
NOW
Proto Speed
Acording to a Bob Lutxz artical in Aeromodelor . B TEAM RACE in the States oringinally ( early 50's had QUALIFYING .
Where you did solo sprint time trials . From a running ( engine ) launch . maybe 10 , 20 & 50 laps .
for ' points ' . which gave the seeding ,
So the quicker / matched teams were flying together . To avoid crashes , line tangles , and the odd brawl .
In Australia a 50 Gallon Drum stopped that . ISNT A BAD IDEA . As it livens things up , makes it more defined , and harder to cheat or stuff up . WOULD provide a degree of spectacle and endevour for the youngsters .
Somewhere to lean an elbow . And a beer for the seniors .

THEREFORE theyed be CHALLENGED but in a workavble manner .
PIT STOPS .
All this grabbing it out of the air and suchlikes a bit crass . Better Pilotage is rewarded with the traditional ( American GoodYear 1950's Gentlemanly " It must be retrieved AFTER it STOPS . If youve got segments,
or lines on the ground . A CIRCULAR ONE with yougsters is pretty much obligatory . as is a clear circle center marking .
===============================================================================================================================================================

RIGHT , how to get the b#!^? to fly proply . Dont remove to much wood from the hardwoods leading edge ( 1/4 x 1/2 ) and it wants a 1/4 x 1/8 trailing edge. Or that kevlar thread , or a stop the wing snapping wrap .

It Wants TWO ELEVATORS . Single ones are Trim Tabs - NOT ' Controls ' .  FOURTY FIVE up'n'Down . Degrees . 60 up actually . Cut Off at 30 down . To Stop HIT FULL UP as you pluck the down line .
To Avoid holes in the ground . This was the quickest way . Co Ordination after a few goes . AT One Lap Out . 1/4 dive to under flight path , 1/4 waggle up own up down U etc , 1/4 approach , 1/4 hurtle across the deck .

The Miss Dara , which is vaugely like the Buster , Proportionately , The pushrod fell off the bellcrank , I advised Geoff if he did it again Id get some streamers ! . Pretty good ' combat ' for half a minute .
He Advised ME , I should fit the CUT OUT from the Bell Crank in future , rather than from the elevator . It went in at maybe 40 degrees o.k. . Loops & bunts were around ' pattern ' size . So showed potential !

THERE , For Wot Yous WANT .  ;D

You can do a BONZO from it Too . Though here we'd want a BONZA , Mate .

' G ' must be a Pommy One .

The term ' Cassutt ' comes to mind , too . Or wassit FOUR . THEY need bigger tailplanes . PART of it is the C.G.  . At the leading edge it wont go Akro , ya wannit back on the bellcrank front leg ,
or halfway back to it , anyway . perhaps . The Kit Plan may even have a C. G. indicated .

Summery ( still wintry outside here at 2 a.m. ), Old OS 20s or Enya 19s on 9 x 4s , and 60 foot lines give you ALOT more ROOM , like with Flitestreak / Peacemakers . transforms the things .
Dont forget the tip weright .
A little engine outset , like most things , initially , might stop them coming at you .
You want ' overcontrol ' on the elevators - and can then learn the ' stall point ' so as to improve their pilotage .
AIRMANSHIP was a pre war R. A. F. term . To indicate discipline , knowlede , and CORRECT PROCEEDURES , so as not to have problems . Propellors and suchlike arnt to be trifled with  .
A few Kevlar Gloves , those things on the back of the fingers , or something , mightnt be a bad idea , for when you lettum loose .

Train to obey a few basic COMMANDS . Like " STOP " ( imediately . YELLED . ) . and " DROP " besides adding some fun  to it , could perhaps be needed . Particularly with dogfights initially .

Dragging a streamer round , on a double length string . Ahem . Is not as easy as it looks . Or cutting it anyway . Flat & Level . Let alone with evasive action . So Starting with a ' Tow Plane '
and scoring ' cuts ' ( Who can get the most )
Ballon Burst .
There was a funny how many loops before you iss going under the stick , trick - comp, tyoo . :P

6 in pitch for dogfights ? 8 in. for racing .

Drama , Proceedure , and ' Jump when I tell You ' ( disipline and preparation / planning/ preparidness ) can make a ' Structure ' for the little snots to givem a logical wotsit to plan , scheme and cheat insideoff .

Yer Basic Pommy WHEEL & Cut Off  set up . Home Made . Skinflints ! .  ;D ( Typical - Grass Wheel . Same Mount . Leg Canted right out'n'Fwd from SAME Position . cut out knocked out from 1 m.m. tin & 18 G. wire wiff a loop in it ( clothes peg style ) to pinch fuel line .

Better just a 1 ounce ' stunt ' tank ? and 100 lap ' finals ' after the qualifiers . Worked through 3 or 4 rounds , on a points system , to quater / semi / FINALS . With cash prize . A Thousand Bucks should do it .

The SIG Buster is a Goodyear racer, pure and simple. Makes a decent trainer when powered correctly.  Not any where near close to being a stunt model. If you picked that kit, then you mist be limited to .10 and .15 size engines? You can scratch build SIG Akromasters pretty easy and cheaply. They can fly fast enough for a beginner and then fly aerobatics with it. For pure speed, a thinner, smaller wing could be substituted. These days, your options are pretty limited.

This is like ( same shape ) as my profile GOOD YEAR . Here in Aus . " Diesel Goodyear " is 3.5 a LAP speed limit . About 85 mph perhaps . On the standard 52 foot 6 LINES .

The layouts vaguely similar to the BUSTER . It ' stunted ' all over the place ( in a Race at 80 odd , with an ETA .15 I think , in it . The 2 mm pushrod attached to the elevator horn , waving about , took precidance .)
Some were quite tight . Unrestriced movement - 60 degrees at lest with 12 inches of two millimeter wire throwing it about , which threw the aircraft through overhead eightish stuff loops etc etc . Quite a sight . I was near in stiches .
SO THEY WILL AEROBAT , if Not To NOSEHEAVY  . ( o.k. I vill / shall digapictureout ! ). Hurumph .

S M A E pommy original COMBAT & KIWI ' open ' GOOD YEAR is 3.5 c.c. A OS 20 or ENYA 19 , on Nitro will give the Oliver there a hard time . SO a old plain bearing 19 FOX or .25 ! as its ' the same ' S Tigre . 20 / 23
Veco 19 B B  , and things of that nature are to be considered SUITABLE  . Cor , crack the Ton, Like . on a suitable propellor . WHICH would be FOUR inch pitch , on a FP 20 or FP 25 . ;D or even a fp or LA 15 .  :(

IUm particularl petered off as there lots of turkeys here with Wing things wotyer put em in , to Fibreglass it , proper like . WHICH IT'D NEED . with my FSR . 21 1.5 Hp. at 28000 .  ;D as it might fall off , otherwise .
So a wing bag wotsit and lite F'Glas CLOTH wrapping the wing , would be excellent .

o.k. theres a ton if other GOODYEAR RACERS in the RACE SECTION , but my dungers are HERE : https://stunthanger.com/smf/rat-racing-and-team-racing/spanner-piddlefoot/msg412947/#msg412947
THIS being the nasty little AEROBATIC critter , when the bob weight of the pushrods takeing the initiative . The Pilot was entusiasticly plucking the downline . SHUTOOFF . SHUTOFF , I Want Shut Off . as it were .
His dissapointment was apparent . The other pilot wasnt a twit and the disentageled any entaglement early in there consternation .  LL~ LL~ They wouldve done very welll , with streamers .  ;D

DOGFIGHTER .
you can see the proportions arnt dissimilar . Pommy ( & Kiwi , not to mention Terra Australis ) ENLARGEMENT of the tailplane 25 % from scale , is PERMITTED . Very considerate of them . The odd one says " The Same Shape "
whereas the GINNY is Elarged ACROSS , more span - same chord . THESE are the Componentry of the Ginny . I did a red one , maybe 72 , likely PAW 19 diesel . Nuther alf doz. G'y argander / falco / cetra .
Tweaked G 15 FI , on 10 % Nitro , 52 foot lines . Foist Attempt . This Flat and levels a bit boring . its 30 inch span ( size = over required wing area )
Cunning Trick was heated 24 Hr Aryldite impregnated  H Wt. Tissue covering . On a 1/4 sheet wing ( WE WANT SPEED .  ;D )
So , at about 105 / 110 , our intreppid pilot gives FULL UP .
The Wingtips , ' in the groove ' maintaian their course .  :-X oops . The Fuselage pitches Nose Up 15 degrees . AT LEAST . ( or double it ? )
Our intrepid pilot , realising this situation maybe detrimental to the health of his new aeroplane , with its Hi Tech circular bellcrank , etc .
Lets Off ' UP ' .
The Aeroplane Dips - The wingtips remain ' in the groove .  UPPP , down , bob up , bob down , oops . Note previously ( about 1000 words back  :-X we mentioned up down up for BRAKING speed )
The Motor has gone up down up , the fuell has gone up down up , and the rpms have gone ? , down, down , down . NOW were at 90 .
Our quick witted pilot , realising THIS is his oppertunity , necxt time around - accelerteing . Now or Never , whacks on FULL UP .
Our intrepid aeroplane whips up smoothly . Caught it just before it ' settled in ' again . Great Things these Circular Bellcranks ( I heard years later it flew out a tank in a race elevator horn not replaced
they were .8 mm ( 1/32 ) Galv. gutter tin . ANY TWIT replaces a Worn Componet if it costs less than twenty cents . But the barstumer got the polane for FREE , and all built one like stupid pommy ones
rather'n ones that FLY PROPERLY .
MATE . )    o.k. . . . ,

5/8 loop , 1/8 bunt , inverted . zzzzzzzzrrrrrr, deadly silence .
NOTE . The Whole Plane was Epoxy Tissued . so it DIDNT tear the tail off . And the cockpit wasnt stupid 1/16th ply , wot looks dreadfull . like poimy ones .  :-X :P
THERFORE , we relaunch . With the Fuel Tube removed from under the shut off  ' trip ' .  Perhaps a tad richer . 7 x 6 Black Taipan . It'll pull 22.000  ( or more . ON 60's ! )
at 2 laps ( itll be IN THE GROOVE at three , and to late . ) We Whip it round , up over up ( or s that down - which IS up when your going that way . No Sweat . UNTILL ,
before a half dozen laps inverted , the ' top ( Er ) has gone off the fuel . as the pipe thats at the bottom is now at ' the top ' inverted . Theres no bl**y Juice . So we land again  .
Inverted Again . As theres now enemy spies entering the camp , we ' tidy away ' the gear . And assume expressioons of innocence .

RIGHT ;
to contiue the SAGA ;
EARs however encoutered reports of the event , and their Femme Fatle was employed  ' Poor Us , weve  got a Flying Display in two weeks , and ALL our models are broken , Whatever shall we do '
" You Havnt got ANY '
' No , poor us , Alass . Would you be so kind as to let US have your AEROPLANE , Whatever shall we do without it '
" Theyre ALL brokem ? ! "
' Ye s, all off them , it's so terrible "
You can see where this is leading .
Reprt on further encounter , Direct , was theyed thrown a G 20 D in it . Did about 90 ( Just below the ; groove ' threshold .
Everybody ad a go , went real good .
Whadid ya dowithit .
Stunted all over the sky .
You Diddnt Break It !
NO . It Didnt Crash .
Never to be seen again . Cept overheard remark about fawlty elevator horn . " It was Only Tin . ( Terrible . Mustve been built bu aridiot )  Flew at four foot . Flew the tank out . inna RACE . Terrible elevator horn it was , just terrible .
We all know WHAT elevator horn that was , Now Dont We .  ;)

There ya go
A old lady with six toes ( I found out later " Terrible it is , Just because youve got siz toes on onefoot theyallthink . . cetra etc . ) I phoned , when conned into EVERTHING , at a town that was DOWNWIND of Terra Australias MUSTARD GAS supply , which when dug up , a decade or two after that , was found to be EMPTY , as all the containers have rotted . Its not QUITE so appaling a dump now . Sent Me Some Photos .
" Oh , Ive got some PHOTOS . I will send thenmm to You.
Lo and Behold . The Box Brownie had taken a picture ( black & White , of a RED Tissue 'd GINNY ( or isit Jinny ) Which I never'd remembered Id Done . As Lauched IN but her Son, None had lasted a few weeks .
Survived a few launches more likely . IF they flew , Launched IN . it was bacause someone at the handle was quick afoot . But it was a stiff challenge .  :( So , thatwas theone Iddone about 1972 . Done 2 Laps. Total  )

HOWEVEr . OH , a picture of a Model Aeroplane . I shall have to DO one of those again. WONT I .  >:(

And Here we Are . So Now you know . Cover the bl**y thing in stiff wotsit . Make Sure its got elevators . two of them. Make sure they go UP 45 degrees . Make sure they go DOWN 45 derees . Or More .
You might need a Fuel Tank that works ' stunting , fot Stunting THEM .
Theyll be a Bl**y site BETTER Stunting on 60s . 0012 as theres 20 % more ROOM then . And cOnsiderably more Area on a Hemishere of 120 foot than one of 100 .  A STRONG .15 ( LA /FP ) onna 8 x 4
should manadge it .
A S Tigre .23 like noone wants is a good ' training ' motor if your short on G 15s . A FSR .21 Marine or Car , is a Bit Quick , being 1 .1 or some rediculous horse at 28.000 rpm . T Tiger/ Magnum Clones. Too .
Donated . So Ive Spares . Or could throwemin a old ex hogged out classic B FP 25 Race Case . Which fits ( straight ) in the Dara . Which has flown with a OS max 25 , ETa , MVVS , and woteva ,
They , as I now over my shoulder glance , I SEE . . rubbed back and preped ( almost . Carpark ' appearace ' placing again, unfortuanate ly . Back to Tissue & Dope would be a GOOD THING , stuff all this .
Throw some TINTER in the mix when you fibreglass them , THAT WAY you wont sand and resand and sand and resand the swine. And its cheaper .

A 14 Gauge / 2 mm  PUSHROD had become neccesary over 90 mph for S M A E / Kiwi THREE POINT FICE c.c. Combat . An Old Fox 25 / 19 Four Bolt ( like nobody else wants. much for. anyway)
but ball race schneurle 25s might be a bit over the top . but should keep the lines tight . But should see The TON on 8 / 9 x 4s . which is a bit fast for aerobatics . Unless you put a 1/6 th in bore venturie inem .

Better to glass the wing before fitting,
We used to go on about ' Engine Beds ' ( like battleships have . ) whereupon for the Engines to SIT . SEE the NOSE DOUBLERS .

Nose . 1/16 ply each side . 3/8 balsa thing back to mid wing , inboard .
1/2 or 3/8 with 1/8 cap hollowed C'Case forced cooling . F'rin a hot area . Would elp Re Starts . Or it can boil sizzle sag and likevwot plants do dyeing . You Know , its like its like , oh you know what .  ;)
WILT is I believe the word . A word or two the spellin could perhaps be askew . Click on the PLANS on then LINK . If ALL ELSE FAILS . read the instructions .
Adios .   H^^

Last Thoughts ( & first , was ) You Could ad some WINGSPAN . for stunting a bit .
BUT , keep it  LIGHT  and say LA 15 LIGHT , and no stock muffler ( heavy )  might neeeda 7 x 6 for 60's , but theres a lot more room there .
Mini Goodyear , PAW . 09  1.5cc  I walked to the field and got out the 40 foot lines , which were 60 foot long . ( Stunt lines not mini G Y . )
as I was across at the second valley and theres two hills to return , stuck the two scrediver stooge  , and handle , in the ' lawn ' without much confidance ,
She  cruised round quite acceptably , with moderate light line tension  .
SO a .15 inthem on .012 ( .010 ?? Reg's ? )   sixty foot long , in calmish weather , should be No Sweat . lightv engine & rudder offset . Sufficent Tip Weight . Mono Wheel is LESS DRAG .

The Carl Goldberg Buster is 400 square inches.  Good for combat, stunt and racing with a 25.

The Sig Buster is 140 square inches and can be raced with a 15.  Will NOT stunt.

Those airplanes work well on electric power as trainers. It's a simple conversion to do. Drop me a personal message and I can help you.

Well, the OP specifically states "SIG Buster", which can't be confused with the Goldberg Buster as far as I'm concerned. Both are models of Steve Wittman's racer, but significantly different from each other. He says he has 10 kits, and that number would be fairly easy to come up with if they are the SIG kit, but it might be hard to scrounge up 10 Goldberg kits.
Hopefully, he'll jump back in here and clarify things.

but the kids would rather do loops then fly for speed. I can adjust the controls and cg, but wondered if anyone has done more.

If theyre NOT 5 ton apiece they WILL do LOOPS . Inverted , Outside loops from inverted . Holes in the ground from outside loops upright unless in a vertical climb , high . and Step Back .

I think alotofit is in the Line Guide position . A Combat Wing , my olde Standard , was behind your head on 50's in a vertical eight . above on 60's . 16.5 Oz.  at the Ton .
A ' New ' one weighing 5 ton . o.k. over 20 ounces , only trick , the rear leadouts tangental ( Parrallel to the spanwise timber , the front 3/4 from it , 1 1/2 bellcrank .
14 SWG pushrod ( we leared back then )  will do the schedule at  4.5 / 5.0 a lap . Wound up , jumpy & jittery , and a good deal tighter , with a S Tigre 25 Schneurle on a bladder ,
Way Back we needed the big bore ( 2 mm ) feed pipe , we learned. And Forgot . Untill we borrowed the bladder - in a natter session .

The Original Liquidator derived , had wind swept leadouts for windswept pommy Oliver Combat - Where He who got up wind and manouverd GOT YOU . Would trim out straight on 60s up past the ton
and climb up its slipstream , so after ten laps in still air , in a groove , it was fair honking . But ' Theyed ' made many a impression . In the Ground . At Comps ,

Generally , all the ' plan ' goodyears I built , stagered and wobbled around . Typically , the deep Fuse - Cassutt  falco cetra   sorta wove / rolled , a touch , from the side wind on the fuse .
One Site - a saddle in a ridge -  could be windsweot ,  this there was what it was . The Sq. tip Cassutt would Yaw AND roll a touch . indipenantly , when it was blowing .
IN the good cool coastal air - the FEEDBACK from the WING gave clear indication of the atmosphere AT the plane , as it burrowed its way through the turbulance .

So a good TRAINER as it told you LOTS . Directly .
Now ' STUNT ; for Brats - They WILL do Ballon Bursts , trimmed out , youd get a loop under the stick trick , IF you eased off uphill and fed  and chivied it along . Educational . !  Circus ' stunts ' Trick Flying .
As the little sneakers would be Ab Initio / elementry Training . We Presume .
Now some other turkey , had his ' bloody black baron of browns bay ' as he called it . a GNAT  ( Phantom Mite - kiwionification - to yous )  I sauppose he broke the wing ? baby bee Horse Power .  :o
He grabbed a length or two of 1/8 Sq and a bit of rib wood , built a WING from  a plan that had one , and put it on . We might say a ' stunt wing ' Built up .

Really keen types , could , later - Throw on a AIRFOILED  ( foam  , remember it parralel , or a Foam Cutting ' Tech Course ; enroute . Or Trad Cheap two bit built up tissued one , once the others are broken up a bit .

Whacking glass cloth on , like the Cheq.  R T ones , might stave that off indefinately however . We centerpunched a steel goal post with a mini goodyear . You stand There , Famous last words . Be sure your giveing
a correct instruction . didnt want him on MY lines .  LL~

o.k. Tip Guide - all the 70s Euro RACE shirt had gone to raked forward , Forward ! leadouts .  LIKELY throwing them UP FORWARD there will get Snappyer Response , hopefully better ' aerodynamics - AS
if its ' unloaded , all the secondary forces arnt fighting themselves out through the flying surfaces . theyre nopt even there  . Its ' tethered '  so as to neutralise its own path , is how we'll put it . HOPEFULLY .

Keeping it CLEAN would help . All Surplous fuse. material sanded off , so its eliptical aft . / a bit carried away  - ROUNDED EDGES  where thers ' windage ' and taper to rudder Aft of Hinge ( elevator ) .

This way , it'd definately go up in a loop , across , up in a bunt , get into the sun , and come down real fast . So put the 4 inch pitch onit , go up round , up n acoss on down , across through infront of you - and stay inverted unless you wanna punch a hole in the deck .
HOWEVER .s not - From a Kit  ( was p'raps not . )  But IF you DID , it would be about where youd be to start trying a few more tricks , like the sideways vertical eight right through  . loops , inverted , outsides .
IF the ground were  watered , being the wet season in a volcanic area , the holes'd be deeper . So the decelleration acceptable , in ' arrivals '  But if the grounds hard . DONT keep it simple
and slow your stride .

So  ANOTHER THING is the line guide , say two inch , LE - aft , with holes each quater inch . A clean tank tucked in keeps more of the wing clear , to earn its keep . It might not do much ' AEROBATICS '
but theres plenty of STUNTS you can have a go at  ( Like Combat  - One Make . Always thought streamers would liven racing up , give them a tow , One onto ' drone ' ; INITIALLY .

Proceedure . Step by Step                  . 14 year olds are stroppier , probly there for something with a bit of challenge . But Still - you gotta Train the UP . Why the youth of today I just dont know .  LL~ LL~ old bag .
howing built up 20 inch wingsonem , built up suckers ( but sipl an option .First saw a wing hole into the fuselage , then slide  it in ,

Eres the orrible Cassutts you fly in the wind . just Like That . WITH more HARDWARE to fabricate . or illustrate . o.k. the LOW A/R is Nush City , H&R airfoils best . but rounded F flat till half chord - back flat flanks to T E is o.k.

The Long Wing Things have a better reputation . Throwing bits on the ends & V's aft - H wood l e on it to catch it - like the Ginny Wing There - at 30 inch , Light - It;d be lively , as long as its cranking around 70 od mph . up .

If WOOD is No trouble , throw the span out to 28 / 30 inch . You can See the tailplane & ELEVATOR  required for a bit of fun , in the vertical . Pull out the essential points , its pretty basic .
or throw one together with a coat of varnish , and get to it , as is . Depends if you want them legal for ' goodyear ' all along

you have to whip em up , ease across upward going for hight , keep up the speed   hit hard and step aft as you pulll it through . But Mush  might catch you , so Lazy Eight or just into inverted ,
it loads up less , easing off to keep the speed up for the lift , you fall of ; the curve ;  so you need adequate power .

With a old OS 20 or Fox 19 unmuffled , theyre LIGHT .  and plenty of grunt to keep it moving  9x 4 old Top Flight prop , call it 55 foot lines , and you could be in the money . old max 15 & 25 good power to weight  too .

Most of us have seen a team racer  , line broke .  Some have seen them go round and round in loops . A good engine that dosnt baulk  when its needed .  If its the up lines broken , its another story . :(

Excuse the keyboard butter fingers . THE WHITE ONE LOOPS FINE , fly high , long shallow dive , feed in up , fly it round it . Your going to get hits . so no hard surfaces , Please .
The white one carved all over the sky  somewhat lively , with the pushrod waving around on the elevatotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttechnically at 75 + mph . more Combat style

HERE is near same plane as one that will , no trouble but wants 80 mph odd , so the wing lifts working . The nose brace is differant . TRIBE T/R Props  right there before you .

With all the doubters and naysayers , im less enthused . A STIFF PUSHROD . 80 mph , lots of UP available . no dead hand at the handle - they need to do SOME work , there ,  55 lines for more room . CRIPES .

As stated , the D A R A was looping away merrilly with the Good Ole ETA 15 on a 7 x 6 .

So , the verdicts open , for now . here .  a 16 G pushrod PUSHING , No Way .  Have it PULL for up .. or the 2 mm with a GUIDE halfway ( a cotter pin head end on it , plugged into fuse . Glued .

For what you want to do I think I'd keep a couple of those for BASIC trainers,  Ebay the rest then set up a little production line to plans-build several Junior Flite Streaks,  Shark 15's,  Magician 15's etc.  You can't buy enough lipstick to make the pig any better for stunting. It was never meant for that.

My son's stock Sig buster with an old o.s. max .15 did lazy eights.  Can't recall the line length.  Wasn't too long though.  It would probably loop, but just barely.  I'd suspect a quarter inch more wood on the elevator would make loops just fine.  Just keep speed down.

I've been playing with one for a couple years, it's a fun flyer with a Fox 15X on it's no stunter but a fun plane and it's not half bad if it's breezy out, I like it a lot more with Fox than the Thunder Tiger 15 it came with, that just made me dizzy  :)
