I think he is at a hammock convention across the pond.

Does anybody here fly with him?

Piston Poppers?

Me too!

Happy Birthday Shug.  Hope everything is fine is sector seven.

Your videos make flying look so fun, they are the reason I got back in CL after a 40-year absence.

His last YouTube post was nine days ago.  He seems quite busy.

I have never met the man in person, but just from reading his posts here and checking out some of his other YouTube productions, I take it that he is a man of many interests, and his focus can drift from one to another. C/L models was something that he came back to and he enjoyed it for a while , learning what was new, and made a contribution to the hobby with some good videos on the subject. I suspect that he may be back and engaged a little more in the future. I think he had retired from performing, more or less, didn't he? Maybe circumstances dictated that he get back into that , or just plain wanted to because he missed it. Since I was forced to retire during the pandemic, I have missed what I did and the people involved and have considered going back to work in some capacity. I just hope he's doing well.

You could build a model airplane for something to do.

Oh I have plenty to do! At least it seems I do. Plenty of chores around the house and such. Lots of "One of these days" projects. But I am moving slower than I used to. Sometimes it's difficult to figure out what I should be doing next. In my line of work, my mind was usually made up for me before I got to work, and I had to react to what others needed and required. Interacting with some great friends that I made over the years is what I miss. Now on the other hand, rush hour traffic is something that I can still live with out!!

Okay.  You know the saying, "Idle hands is Biden's workshop."   I think that is what it is.
