Has anyone tried SH engines at Mikegoesflying.com for Control Line?
-
The only dealing I have had with the SH line of engines were the 1/8 scale on road engines (3.5cc .21cu)when were were stationed in Japan.
They were excellent motors and very powerfull and easy to use and operate.
Workmanship was excellent, bearings were very good, lasted a very long time before having to do anything to them.
And they ARE an ABC type engine so never use straight castor type of fuel. I only ran mine on synthetic.
As far as the aero engines go, I would not hesitate to get one and try it out. I do see that they use the larger Heli type head probably to aid in
cooling in high temp areas of the country.
I just might have to try one. I do have a new kit that the .37 would more than likely do nicely in.

Having flown RC helicopters for many years, I used plenty of SH engines. On Raptor 30 helis and what not. I'd buy them again. OS or Magnum like performance

I am using a SH32 on a sport/combat model and it does fine for 75mph combat. I cut down the head and made a new venturi.

I have had nothing but good luck in my dealings with Mike Goes Flying, too.

It was declared as such in the February 2020 Torque Roll newsletter, as well as on the Stunt Hangar racing column on Feb. 5.

start flying it around here on grass ?.
Grass RC Clubfields, that's the only place to go for us and race.
There ain't one single tarmac circle @ poor western side of Germany HB~>.
Because Wuhan Dragon mw~ and social distancing LL~ LL~ , a NO GO for TR :X.
We all must sit and wait :##.
For European SH Engines customers,
"Just Engines UK" is the best place in Europe to order which I did.
Ask for none RC carb/muffler engine, makes em little cheaper.

That is a Hayes Tank. What is that setup? did you not drill the hole in the middle nipple? How do you fill it with fuel?
