Coming up on Saturday September 22 is our contest.  PA and Old Time.  See attached announcement.   H^^

Everyone: We have waived the entrance fee for Beginners!  We want to encourage anyone in our area that is a Beginner or Sport flier to come out and have sort-of a fun fly.

This is also to encourage our own club members who are sport flyers to participate - and since many of them will be there to help run the contest this should help get them into the air.

Undoubtedly there will be a few who are serious about winning Beginner.  The rest can just have a Fun-Fly!

Scott,

I will be there with Jack in tow. Dennis is coming and hopefully Tommy and Brad will be able to make it as well. This is a great contest and everyone who can should go and support this great club and a great bunch of guys.

And wow.... I get to fly beginner for free this year. Thanks Scott #^ #^

Every January I am invited to state my Availability for the full year! I always take note of the NVCL Date and take it off from Busch Gardens where I still work! Naturally as predicted, God willing, I'll be there!

Hi Scott, Question , can I fly an ignition engine WITHOUT a muffler at your field??? I have a Viking with a Super Cyclone 65 that I would like to fly OTS with...... thanks Bernie

We have a muffler rule but make an exception for OTS on contest day.

Is there a sound level rule or do you just have to have something that takes the edge off (tounge)

Is there any handicap for intermediate against expert in OTS  If you look at Brodak results for the last 10 years they have  3 levels in ots and the expert winner usually scores 60 point better than the INT. winner
