I'm not too far from Savannah but not aware of any flyers in that city.
You might ask Tom Dixon.

Do you need a minimum to teach your Monocoat class?

Larry is this a ongoing search for your move South?

I like Savanna but that region has issues....most notable to me, my few brief assignments...

Traffic...

very very popular tourist town
For a small town, it has worse traffic problems as much bigger metropolitan cities...parking is scarce and expen

The down town locals love and hate the tourists... love for the $$$$--- hate cuz they have to drive for 30 or more minutes just to get from work to home....10 blocks away

surrounding areas very nice

Beautiful place to visit... not on my list of retirement locations

If seriously considering that area for the future retirement...

PM me... I am a strong second amendment and concealed/open carry guy with some research and insight into issues with that area and personal security concerns

Associated with Fort Stewart Georgia

None of the locals use poly/silk dope and traditional finishing...much too humid... They all exclusively use Ultra and Mono kote(s).... you might fit right in...but doubt it...they all use Sig Stix it and I know you are a Balsarite guy

Larry,

As far as flyers in the area, Jacksonville might be your closest hotspot of control line flyers ,led by Gene Martine  then it would be Derek Barry a couple hours away, 3 hours to Columbia with two or three flyers , 5 hours to huntersville , and less to joe Nall and Atlanta contest .

I have not seen Dave in many years maybe 10. I think he gave up anything to do with CL flying many years ago. We were good friends but he became frustrated with CL.
