The field is mowed and ready.  Tomorrow we will lay down paint stripes after our flying session.

Everything starts at 9 a.m. Saturday!

I hope its not all flooded like Williamsburg and points east are.....!

Nope!  It's all nice and dry and really quite green.  And mowed...

We did a final mow on the field and got our paint striping done this afternoon after we were done flying.  The air was near-perfect and it's supposed to be a bit cooler tomorrow.

Unless you're flying an .049 plane with 1" dia wheels, you definitely don't need "grass gear" for this field.
