Yes Torque Roll is the bi-monthly publication of the NCLRA(National Control Line Racing Association).   But the powers to be have now started a free membership of the newsletter to get the computer based issue.   $10.00 for paper copy.   As with all other newsletters I am going with the computer or E-Mail down load.  See the racing section on this forum.
