Title: Samuel Flies Unassisted Loops
Post by: mike londke on April 13, 2016, 06:17:13 PM
We've been working towards this day for a long time. Sam is finally doing loops on his own with no help from me. The coroplast trainer was just the ticket. We've been flying it a lot in the backyard and all Sam's hard work has paid off. Now to get him looping his Skyray..........                                                                                                                                               https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpcspHIJ_Ys

A seven year old(?) flying a screaming Big Mig .061 on an arrow shaft Com/Stunt wing, that's so cool. Not many can say they did that at his age. He looks totally at ease in the circle. Good work dad.

Way to go Sam.  Now if does wing overs with ease, tell him as he is coming down to give down control and hold it until the plane is up right again.   Or as he is going over the top of the loop, apply down and hold it til up right.  Again once he realizes that handle makes the airplane change directions he will have it whipped.   H^^
