In preparation for this years flying season and the Nats. Samuel will be building 2 "Stuntbot" airplanes designed and donated by my friend Larry Davis. Because the BOM rule at the Nats. I wanted a simple, easy to build airplane that Sam could do almost all the work himself. Larry really came through. The "Stuntbot" is a profile, foam wing, elevator only airplane. Wingspan of 48", 552 square inch wing, weight 40 to 44ozs, engine .36 to .46. Larry has done electric versions as well. There are no plans at this time to "kit" these airplanes, so we were lucky to get them. As stated he will be building 2 at the same time, a back up just in case. Sam has been working hard the last few days and made quite a bit of progress. I'll use this thread to post photos. See you on the circles this summer.
