Lost message regarding the 1/2A Expo handle

Someone sent me a message requesting an explanation of how the cable is rigged on the 1/2A Expo handle.  I was at VSC at the time, and the original message has disappeared from my system. Sorry!  :-[

So if you are still out there with the question, here is a photo showing the setup.  :!
