Rules proposals for 2015-2016

Think I will post this ahead of Keith.   He does a lot of work for us on the Rules Committee.   In the rules section of this forum is the link for the proposals.   I have been there and looked at each one.  Now is the time to read and let us the reps know what you want.   Do it now, not after the final vote is in.   H^^
