Title: RSM Service! GREAT!

I ordered up a couple chicken hopper tanks from RSM on Sunday....I ordered on line.
I received a confirmation email with the total, then another saying that the freight was LESS than quoted.
I received the tanks this afternoon via USPS

All very prompt and businesslike!

It would be nice if Eric would expand his product line so I would not have to order from anyone else!  RSM service is about as good as it gets.

Fast shipper and very fair prices A++++++++++++++++++++++ in my book. Almost sounds like a Fleabay positive feedback report...

Being somewhat local to RSM here in So Cal I ordered a 3.5 oz. Chubby style wedge tank and adjustable tank mount along with some ST NVA's on Monday and received them the very next day! What great service and the shipping was fair right at $5!!! Great service; keep it up Mr. Rule!

I can't submit an order to RSM with any of my browsers, Firefox 22.0 or IE9. They're all set to medium privacy settings. Anyone else having trouble like this?

The RSM Distribution web site did experience a temporary technical issue earlier today. The issue has been corrected.

If having trouble with the internet, give him a call with a return number.   He is very busy and will in time call back.   Don't ask me how I know.

I will call, because I had questions anyway. RSM has lots of stuff I buy from other places and I bet their shipping is more reasonable. I also need to call Ritch's Brew too, apparently that's the best way to do business with them.

The quality of the ThunderGazer kit is outstanding!!!
The balsa is light and the hardware is very good.
But you guys already knew all this... Just in case...

Eric is a great guy to deal with and will bend over backwards for you if there is a problem, one of the best if not the best! ;D
