I want to pass along a note of acknowledgment and recognition to Mike Hanson owner of RSM. In view of all the negative criticism of Sig and Okie Air I want to say my recent experience with Mike was outstanding. I think we need a positive note in times when some of our hobby suppliers are struggling.

This week I discovered I misplaced part of an order I received from Mike in August. The replacement KR timer button I had lost during a flying field mishap (we will leave it at that) was not to be found in my shop. Contacting Mike he called to verify the button was shipped and offered to send another free of charge which I insisted I pay for it. Today I received a note from Mike advising the tracking number and he said he is sending a second button free of charge as well. You can't ask for a better turn around response than this.

It's people like Mike that restore our faith in cottage industry businesses. Mike is a gentleman and a wise businessman. And it goes without saying RSM provides quality kits and hardware. My experience with RSM was 5 star.

Thanks for sharing this.  We often focus on just the negative stuff and never hear about the positive.
