Now covered in silkspan and gray and white dope.

It is looking good, now for flying reports. Wish my Original Magician looked as good, now the outboard wing has been re-attached. DOC Holliday

Wow!
That looks great.
Will we see it next month at the MSC?

I'll have it at MSC along with the Goldberg Shoestring Stunter I gave you. Less engine.
The repaired and recovered Primary Force has some strange quirks in flight that I can't seem to trim out. There is a warp somewhere, but I can't find it. It is ok for learning some of the pattern, but not for contest work, especially in any wind over 15 mph. I put three inclinomters on it and all came out 0-0-0. So I think it is in the fuselage. A slight twist that acts like a rudder in the over heads or above 45 degrees area. I have moved the leadouts from one extreme to the other trying that, as well as adjusting lthe tip weight. No joy. I more than likely went too far in one direction and just never got it back to point zero. But then I haven't really cared all that much about it. I'll find the problem if I don't bury it first. As stated many times before, hang the plane by the leadouts and see how it hangs. The wings should verticle to the floor when view from the front. The nose of the fuselage should be a little nose down when view from the top or the bottom. On my Primary Force I had to add a washer under the front lug when the Fox was on it. With the LA 25 no offset on the engine. Have fun, DOC Holliday

Thanks, for letting us know what the real problem was. Glad to hear it is flying better. Have fun, DOC Holliday

I like the "faux Navy" paint scheme. I wonder how YOU ever came up with that?? **) **)
I would say the fuselage kink is probably the culprit like you are thinking. A *little* more airspeed might help..........
