The engine is superb as you get it and needs nothing.  I do use a .205 Venturi over the stock .180 but that's a preference.  Either pipe works fine.  I could be wrong but I think there was a running change on port timing a few years ago which may be the Brett version but I have both the oldest and newest versions and find very little difference though I think the older one is a bit stronger.  Just order the stock BSERE.

Order the "Brett Version" just to be sure.

DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT have the engine modified by someone else. Buy it directly from Dub Jett and ask for RO-Jett 61 BSE "Brett Version". Then just run it.

I use the Randy/Billy 50-61 "slimline" pipe from the early '00's. Ask Randy for the nearest equivalent, but it must have the largest exhaust outlet.

   Get the 61, as noted.

As has been reported and discussed previously; the 65 is no longer in production, 61 does just fine... 8)

If the 61 isn't enough poop for you, I suggest you install a "Buick V-8"  LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~ LL~

That ought to be enough power!  LL~

Hi Steve,

Good to see you've also put yourself down for the Chupim60. Hopefully we can have 2 flying in NSW without too much delay!

I've just scored a NOS (2012) Ro-Jett 67 with Header/Pipe set that may yet find it's way into my Chupim60. Let me know if you want any info on the 67 - I'll be measuring it up tonight.

Cheers,
Richard

Weigh that pipe...you will be pleasantly surprised.

The pipe weighed a mere 1.35oz, only marginally more than the bubble wrap it came in..

As the tape label shows it's the pipe for a 67-76, so a 61 pipe could be less again?
